It was great! These perfect rounds of crust, are cut to size, and fit beautifully into pie pans. The trouble I have with making my own crust is that I'll roll it too thinly (so I get holes), or stretch it to get it into the pie plate (wherein it shrinks back during baking), or overwork it (and it gets tough). In a perfect world I imagine homemade is the best.
