St. Pat's Dinner

Like Thanksgiving, St. Patrick's Day is one of my favorite holidays. They both occur during a hopeful time of the year, they both call for traditional meals, and neither is a frantic will-he-like-it gift-giving holiday. In short, delicious food, conviviality, and the beautiful colors of the season the meal represents.
