Kicking off my holiday season with a cozy
December 7th luncheon for friends felt like pure magic! I went all-in on
classic red and green, but wrapped it in the warm, storytelling glow of Charles
Dickens.

ReplyDeleteOh so festive! I particularly love the water pitcher. The place mats you mentioned - that looks like real greenery, is it the place mat? That Waechtersbach cup is so classically Christmas. What was your menu? I haven't tried Coop's, but what a wonderful gift at each place.
ReplyDeleteThere were two placemats, one plaid one, and then the greenery. Yes, that is a placemat as well. It does look real. The guests actually felt it because it looked so real. I had baked ham, a French potato casserole, smothered green beans, corn casserole, sugarplum fairy salad, Caribbean cornbread, and a chocolate espresso cheesecake. That recipe is coming to the blog soon, all others are currently available.
