Despite the direction in which I take it, no
matter how I decorate my table at Christmas time, Santa always plays a part. It
may not be a big part, but if you look close enough he’s always there.
In this table he takes center stage amidst silver houses, reindeer,
"snow," and a darling little red truck cookie jar with lid removed,
toting a miniature pine tree.
It’s festive, it’s fun, and young and old will both enjoy it.

Beautiful table Patti-
Best wishes for a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
I've been waiting for this! Your tables are so much fun. I love every single thing on them, but I think my favorite is the red truck (we have a red truck!) Love the lighted houses as well. You've inspired me to do more than just the Christmas quilt I have on our table!
It looks so festive - I still have not figured out what to do on ours...wish I had a fellow blogger nearby to help me see my stuff in a new light!
What a fun tablescape, Pattie! Will you be having family over for one of your amazing meals? Merry Christmas!!
So adorable Pattie! I did something similar for the children's table and thought about using cotton but didn't...it looks wonderful, I think I'll add some to the table! Yes, Santa should always be about!

Nothing like a red and green tartan table for Christmas! ♥♥♥ this table. It almost makes me wish I were still blogging...
Merry Christmas, Pattie.
What a super smart idea to use a lidless cookie jar!!!!!! That makes so much sense! With the lid: keep cookies fresh. Without the lid: creates fun woodland vignette. A twofer!!!!!!!! I just get all happy every time I see those fabulous Williams Sonoma plaid plates!!! I was actually caressing them in the store a couple of weeks ago. SO glad they didn’t have me arrested!😂
Well, if this is not the most adorable table I've seen this season. I love every thing about it...and most of all.....your playfulness.....
I have Santas all over my house....he is always in my decorating, too...not always on my table but now that I see yours, I will add one.
