If I was looking at a tray of all of this goodness, I would try each one but would probably go back for seconds on either Chewy Delicious or Katherine Hepburn's. Or maybe both since one is made with cocoa and one with unsweetened chocolate, just to see the difference. ;) And maybe some Bailey's and coffee to go with? :)
You mentioned on Katherine Hepburn's recipe that Baker's unsweetened chocolate squares are no longer one ounce - what are they now?

Katharine Hepburn's are my favorite, but I have yet to try the Palmer House Brownies, so time will tell. I'm not sure what the Baker's squares weigh individually. The bar is now thinner, and broken up like a Hershey bar. When I made the brownies, I had to weigh the chocolate. Now I get the big bars of Belgian chocolate from Trader Joe's.
